The region of Jiangqi is named after Grand Duke's surname, Jiang. Despite his title, he has never taken office, and has never been seen at court. He has only been glimpsed where the hills meet the waters, where the feet of mankind tread not. Perhaps this is why Tianshi Bureaus are often built in the mountains.
