how important each operator is to their respective faction, ie building stacks. In no particular order
Im trying to not factor in how good a faction is, however strategy buffs are "slightly" considered
A very opinionated tier list
Operators that can effect other factions will uhh be placed somewhere, i will try and consider their main faction first before any sub factions ("ie how good is Executor alter for laterano instead of foresight")
*As agile is half-specialized in building stack for other factions they are an exception
*F-tier is reserved for operators that DO NOT interact with their given faction
