But soon he returns to his previously nonchalant look, as if nothing had happened, and begins introducing the room's decorations to Charles. Afterwards, as Charles appreciates the art on display, Ernesto deftly sweeps a hand over his guest's wine glass, sprinkling a transparent powder into the drink. A few minutes later, when a bodyguard receives a notification and knocks to enter the room, Charles is deep asleep on the sofa while Ernesto wears a helpless look on his face— 'Mr. Charles isn't used to the climate here in Dossoles, so I believe he won't be able to perform on stage today.' The news he just received earlier came from his father's underlings—behind Charles is a big deal between Mayor Candela and the Columbian entertainment industry, and a group of exiled soldiers are plotting to kill Charles and ruin the deal. He has no plans to ruin it, but nor does he intend to have the soldiers return empty handed. Standing before a mirror, Ernesto changes into his costume while imagining the actions every party might take. When he snaps back to reality, he notices a rather stern look on his face. 'Enough, Ernesto. You're the one who decided to give yourself so much trouble.' As he speaks, he picks up the microphone next to him.
